Online merchants often use a billing zip code as a security check.  If not updated, it can prevent an online transaction from being processed on your Whistle Rewards enabled card.


Updating your Billing Zip code only takes a few seconds.


Below your digital wallet under "Account Management" is a button "Update your card billing info".



When you select "Update your card billing info" a few options will appear in a sub-menu.  Select "Update your card billing info" and a small window will open up to let you update your billing zip code and all your other basic account information.


The first screen shows your name and phone number.  The second has mailing address, including the zip code.  Update any of the information that is not current or accurate and save.  Your done!
